Regeneration machineconsisted of a regenerator and a disintegrator.It works as follows: waste foam plastic is smashed into shreds by ahigh-speed rotating drum with a lot of nails, then to be mixed withsolvent in the regenerator and, after being sufficiently mixed, tobe injected into ripening block through a bottom valve. When acertain quantity of foam is injected, hydraulic station shall bestarted to use a pressing plate to press the injected foam intorequired thickness and density. At this time, the smashed foam hasalready become regenerated foam plastic of medium density andelasticity, which is especially suitable for making seat cushionsand acts as fillings of sports goods.
Density of regenerated foam is usually higher than original foamplastic, becoming very resilient and serving as ideal material formaking cushions of daily use. The regeneration machine is really anideal equipment for recycling waste foam.
